- Internal tools The spreadsheet your operations secretly run on, rebuilt as software.
- Storefronts Sites that open conversations, not portfolios that close them.
Fixed scope · two revision rounds included · one person from first sketch to deployed code — no handoffs.
Every building has load-bearing elements — get them wrong and no finish can save it. Products are the same. I start with the decision that holds everything else up.
